The Valley Viking This was a really awesome visit. We got to order and the food came out quick. They were quick to greet and the food came out quick. I got the Tonkotsu Ramen and shared an order of lumpia and bbq pork buns. It was hot and fresh and the lumpia was crispy and full of flavor. First time having a restaurant ramen so I was super pleased. Will be going back again!

The Bantam Kitchen - Redding

Rating: 4.6 /5
Brian Woodward I dont give five stars very often, but Bantam deserves a five! If you are looking for no nonsense, flavorful food, this is the place. The atmosphere is all about family. The food reflects those family values. Flavorful and simple makes the evening perfect. I ordered the ell river pale ale. It went perfect with my Mac & cheese with smoked brisket which was fantastic. The catfish and chips and amazing as well. Fresh, moisten and crispy at the same time. The server was always smiling and attentive. Easy to make conversation with. I highly recommend this establishment if you want that authentic down home feeling.

Sorianos Restaurant - Diamond Springs

Shane Jones Came in for an early dinner and a beer after work. Pleasantly surprised. Old school feel inside. Everything appeared very clean and maintained. I went with the El Molcajete and my coworker went with the birria tacos. Wasnt the best molcajete Ive had but it was certainly the best Ive had for the price. Thinking back, great prices for the quality of food. Beers are $4.25; if I lived in the area this would be a regular place for me for sure. Chips were fresh and delicious as was both salsas I tried. Service was spot on; attentive and prompt.

Cravin Crab Haus - Riverside

Samson Dah Best Cajun seafood boil sauce I’ve had so far. Garlicky and tasted just right. Not too salty. Even the potato and sausage in the boil tasted better than normal. Shrimp was large. Crawfish could have been a bit fresher but I guess not in season. Overall I would come here again.

COYA Peruvian food - San Luis Obispo

Rating: 4.7 /5
Rick What can I say? One of the best restaurants Ive ever experienced. The ambiance was out of the world, it was full of detailed information about Peruvian culture, it had murals and a dance room. The waiter was polite and friendly and the owner was attentive and stopped by to make sure we were happy. I ordered Causa con Lomo, Ceviche, and surprisingly they got Carapulcra and for those who know what dish is this, I have to order it. Everything was delicious, the portions were good and fulfilling compared to other peruvian restaurants I tried in SLO. By the time I realized I didnt take pics at the beginning our dishes were empty and I couldnt take pictures. For dessert, I got ice cream of lucuma and it was a treat. I will definitely come back next time I visit SLO.
