Christine McCormick Such a great menu! We ordered ceviche, crab cakes, mussels, fish tacos, the seafood soup, and their fat French fries are the bomb! Everything was delicious and perfectly cooked. The beer choices are really nice, with cider options, and, even sake. We wish we tried the miso black cod, it looked good. Next time for sure since we will be back! The staff was terrific and accommodating to our big group, coming in at the last minute without a reservation! I liked the Japanese vibe. You can also sit outside in the nsck courtyard. I recommend this spot.

Edwin Hands down, this is the best pasta bar I’ve tried. Everything looks simple at first glance, but every dish is cooked to order and absolutely perfect. Watching the chef work the open kitchen is part of the fun, you can really see the care and precision that goes into each plate. The cacio e pepe was unreal. Finished in the cheese wheel, with the melted cheese clinging perfectly to the pasta, rich, creamy, and so satisfying. The ragu looked pretty humble, but once it was tossed with that perfectly al dente pasta, the depth really came through. You could taste how long that meat sauce had been slowly cooked down, deep, savory, and full of flavor. Such an awesome lunch spot overall, and I’ll definitely be back for more.

Redwan Ahmed We ordered a full chicken (half mild and half medium spicy). It came with two sides, we got fries and corn. The chicken was amazing, very flavorful and juicy. The corn could have been better, it wasn’t too juicy. We also got some Peri Peri wings, which were yummy too. Overall great food though. It wasn’t too spicy for our 5 yr old. We went for dinner, it was busy but not packed. You have to place your order at the counter and get your own plates and utensils. The staff bring out the food when it’s ready. They are also very friendly and helpful. Price is reasonable too.

Sebastian Garcia Very grungy bar, but it delivered. Great old fashioned. Great beer. The food portions were big! Its a very home in the wall bar, under another restaurant. Just like another diner down the street, we did wait a bit for our food, but overall worth it!

Carol D We’ve been here once previously and wanted to try it out again for a date night and we were not disappointed! First of all parking was ample in their parking lot or you can park on El Camino. We went on a Friday night at around 5:30 and they were pretty busy inside and with plenty of take out orders. However we were seated right away. Server was friendly and gave us time to look over menu. We ordered fried pickles with a dipping sauce as an appetizer and they were yummy. We leisurely ate them enjoying the tangy flavor. Shortly after we finished our burger and chicken club came out. Really good flavor! Of course fries were crunchy and tasty too! Spent about 50 minutes there and during that time constant flow of customers from couples all ages to families with children! Fun evening! Personable, helpful, and conscientious staff too! Definitely would return! Check them out!
