Velocity Island Park - Woodland

Rating: 4 /5
Caden Velasquez Great summertime attraction for all ages. Helpful staff will teach you to wakeboard. Bar and restaurant are stocked with a wide variety of quality items. Beach rentals are available and aqua park is super fun. Pricing is fair and they have package deals to take advantage of. Definitely covid friendly; outdoor seating, socially distanced stickers, constant sanitizing of equipment and surfaces, and dedicated personal areas available.

Tap & Pour - Santa Rosa

Ronald Beadenkopf One of the more enjoyable airport bars Ive been to. Love the outdoor seating, weather was perfect. Not too loud, I got to enjoy some quality conversation with friends and ate a tasty avocado smashburger and an awesome hazy IPA

4 Saints - Palm Springs

Bethany Found out about this restaurant through Michelin Guide. We were a group of 6 with reservations on a Sunday night around 8 pm. We had a pretty late heavy lunch so we weren’t too hungry. Everyone ordered a cocktail, I had their old fashioned which was wonderful! We ended up ordering a bunch of small plates to share with each other. We ordered 6 items, out of the 6, I would say the mushrooms or the burrata was the favorite! If we weren’t so full, I’m sure we would have opted to do the tasting menu so I’m bummed I didn’t get to do that. We had the squash blossom and chocolate tort (vegan) for dessert. Squash blossom was probably one of the best desserts I’ve had in my life!! We had wonderful service and the ambience was beautiful. If I’m ever back in PS, I’ll be coming back to dine here!

Annies Table - Irvine

Rating: 4.8 /5
Ashley W We had such a great lunch at Annie’s Table in Irvine! It’s one of those hidden local spots that feels warm and welcoming the minute you walk in. The atmosphere is clean and relaxed — a perfect place to grab a delicious meal without any fuss. The staff was friendly and made us feel right at home, which made the whole experience even better. Everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. From the comforting bowls to the tasty sides and drinks, it all hit the spot. It’s also cool that they have fun drinks like boba, and smoothies if you want something extra with your meal. Annie’s Table is definitely worth checking out — we’ll be back!

Elliot Woo We were visiting family here from L.A. They took us to this new place on Thursday night. We went in with no knowledge of this place. No expectations, period. We left the restaurant happy and very satisfied. We ordered arancini, beef tartare, Caesar salad, bucatini lemone, squid ink fettuccine and the New York steak with broccoli. Besides the bucatini, which was different than the dry one thats typically thicker and hollow, hence a bit disappointing, the rest of the dishes were all well made and fresh and delicious. NY steak was the crown jewel: perfect temp and well seasoned - one of the best steaks we have ever had. Service was very friendly, started a bit slow and not too familiar with the wine list. Overall great experience and good price points.

Carniceria El Torero - Marysville

Robin Pask Excellent food at a great price. Its casual like fast food, but home cooking flavor. Sit down or take out available. The market part seems like authentic Mexican foods and treats. Theres a butcher counter in the back. A wide array of hot sauce in case you like a challenge.
