1 /5 Acid Legion: Imma be real honest. Make the 4 hour drive to the Fresno location to get your order. It will be big plump and juicy piece of chicken worth the money you pay and in Fresno they have to tape the box shut cause the pieces are so big. But this location I just waited an hour and I was served the driest, most over fried garbage I have ever placed into my mouth. It was more cheesling dust than there was chicken. And it left the most msg style flavor I will need to scrub out of my tongue later. As washing my mouth out with water will not remove this disappointment. I got my refund and I left. Will not recommend this location to anyone. Please make the drive to the Fresno location you will be happy.

5 /5 Alysha Cordova: We went for lunch and got the boneless lunch combos plus their cheeseling fries. The chicken was amazing! We tried the Gangnam Style and Soy Garlic. The waiter told us it would take about 20-25 minutes for the food to come out, but it seemed shorter than that. We appreciated being told though! The wait is worth it because the chicken is so fresh and crispy. I want to go back and try their other dishes! Also, we didnt have to wait for a table but this was during weekday lunch.

4 /5 SJ: TLDR: It took one hour for my food to be ready. Fried chicken so crispy and flavorful! Ive read the reviews here and had fair warnings from my friends, unfortunately that didnt quite prepare my disappointment for the length of time it took them to have my food ready. I placed the order online at 6:13p on Fri, took my dog out for a short walk, then walked to the store to pickup, got there at around 6:45, there was a line of not so happy folks waiting for their food. A few others that were seated didnt have food on their table either, I checked in and was told theyre working on my order so I seated myself by the wall. Every 10mins or so Id check in, at my 3rd one, my food is finally ready. There was no apology, no explanation. Instead, he included 2 containers of pickled radish in my bag. The Ddeok-Bokki was piping hot and chicken not so much anymore. Does that mean it took them an hour to make the Ddeok-Bokki? When I make them at home, it takes 20-30mins. Does that mean they didnt start on my order until I got there? Looks like theyre still struggling with keeping up with orders, I do notice most folks were there to pickup. The folks seated at the tables didnt get their food yet so who knows how long theyve been waiting. I got the half & half whole chicken, both original and sauced versions were very good, the crispiness was addicting and each piece was tender, so flavorful and just delicious. The Ddeok-Bokki was good too but on the spicy side, love dipping the chicken pieces in the sauce, just heavenly!

5 /5 Steve Yue: DELICIOUS tasty Korean food. Well be going back for more!!! Heres our order (clockwise from 1:00) Elote-Style Korean Cheese Corn, Rose Ddeook-Bokki (to share), Boneless Wings Galbi flavored, Kimchi Fried Rice. All the dishes were not very spicy- and trust me - I cant tolerate hot food that burns my mouth.

5 /5 Renee Richards: This is the most authentic Korean Fried Chicken in the area. The chicken was juicy and breading was extra extra crispy. It took about 20 minutes to receive our order dining in at lunch time. The place was busy too so theyve worked out some of their timing issues. Cant wait to go back!!
