5 /5 Shanika Reece: Tonight we went in to celebrate my mom birthday and we had the pleasure of being served by Carol Sue. She was an absolute delight. She was patient with our party of 6 and we were a hot mess asking her questions left and right walking away from the table to go to the bar as it was happy hour. But Carol kept it cool and meet all our needs and made my mom birthday feel special. The manager Kesma even came by our table to greet us and make sure we had a great experience. He even brought my mom a birthday treat which is always one of her favs to enjoy at Bjs. Thank you for the good food great drinks and excellent service

5 /5 Marci Trevino: Outstanding service from Josh and Kesma From start to finish, this experience was exceptional, and that’s entirely thanks to Josh, my server, and Kesma, the manager. Josh was attentive without hovering, genuinely kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. He anticipated what I needed before I even had to ask, kept everything running smoothly, and brought such a positive, calm energy to the table. You can tell he truly cares about the guest experience and it is the kind of service that makes you want to come back specifically because of the person, not just the place. Kesma sets the tone for the entire restaurant. He was present, approachable, and clearly leads with professionalism and heart. It is rare to see a manager who is so engaged while still empowering their team and it shows. The staff runs seamlessly under his leadership, and the atmosphere reflects that. Together, Josh and Kesma made the experience feel welcoming, effortless, and memorable. This is exactly what great hospitality looks like. Huge thanks to both of them. I will absolutely be back.
