Shake Shake Fresh Noodle - San Luis Obispo

Rating: 4.8 /5
Nandi Kyaw Min I’m obsessed with these noodles! We showed up right when they opened, but the food came out fresh, ready, and super fast—no waiting around at all. The appetizers were incredibly fresh and hit the spot. They’re super fresh and have that perfect bouncy chew—I couldn’t stop watching the hand-pulling and even snapped a quick video. Vivi, the owner, is the sweetest, greeting everyone like family right when you walk in. It’s such a welcoming, kid-friendly spot with speedy service that’s perfect for a busy day out with the little ones—as an Asian mom, I really appreciate that! The beef ribs were melt-in-your-mouth tender, falling right off the bone in a rich broth, those flat noodles were unreal, the pork dumplings had the kids grinning ear to ear, the lamb was packed with flavor, and the pork belly? So juicy and tasty. Everything hit just right.Love how clean and cozy it is, easy walk from the main street too. Portions and prices were spot on for our group—total steal. We’re definitely coming back soon!

Camden Spit & Larder - Sacramento

Danielle Powers Not sure how I haven’t reviewed this restaurant already. Not a single visit that I wasn’t wowed by the food. The soups are always a must. Everything here is so solid that my friend took me there for my birthday lunch and she ordered us the special even though neither of us heard it clearly or knew exactly what was coming to the table. Doesn’t matter because it’s literally all that good. Every time. We always sit in the bar area, either inside at a high top or outside on the patio furniture. They make in house tonic for their G+T and it’s a definite fave. It’s probably not really a good thing it’s across from the office.

House of Blues Anaheim - Anaheim

Rating: 4.5 /5
Nyla Corbin the house of blues’ map almost sent us through disney for some strange reason but after getting proper assistance from disney’s security and following the google maps instead of the house of blues’ stuff, we were able to make it to our concert about 40 minutes earlier than expected! it was a very nice night, and the venue was very clean and pretty spacious. not everyone could fit in the pit so many people may have been in awkward standing spots (like my partner and i), but yeah. sorry for the long comment, i just wanted to try to be a little more helpful!

Kokko - San Mateo

Rating: 4.4 /5
Wei-Ai Tai Quaint Japanese restaurant, tucked away in a quiet corner in the northeast part of downtown San Mateo. Delicious yakitori items, as well as rice bowls, fried appetizers, and ramen. Fast and efficient service, but hard to get a seat unless you have a reservation. Very small parking lot, but there is street parking and a couple of parking lots nearby.

The Cut Handcrafted Burgers - Irvine

Jeremy Loyola The restaurant has a modern rustic sleek interior design. Plenty of seating for small groups. My server Nick was friendly and fast with service. I ordered the double smash burger, the burger was juicy and crisp. Grilled onions were flavorful.
