Bobjip - (Near Hayward, CA)

5 /5 Muting Ma: It was little difficult to find the place because the sign doesn’t say bobjip but east bay eat. Very cool inside, no service unless you call out to them. Plenty of clean space to eat. Anyway great kimbap, we went all the way to Hayward to get it. Beef, egg and special Kimbap. Kinda regret getting the special one instead of tuna mayo because the flavor the spam is too strong for me. The flavor I don’t think goes well still nice presentation! I do like the other two. I will try again.

5 /5 Jake Myung: The food was delicious and portion sizes were HUGE (don’t let kimbop roll deceive you, there’s so much inside and enough to fill you up). Tried three different types of kimbop (kimchi was my favorite) and were all good. First time having Rosé Tteokbokki and wow it was so creamy/tasty with chewy rice cakes. I also got the fried chicken (we were a big group, so we tried everything) plain cause of kids and was a big hit. Quantity definitely is more than worth the price. The food definitely hit the spot.

5 /5 Stephen Chen: Dont mind my childs photo bombing hand, but its a reference for how big their servings are I suppose. Most items are in the $20 range, but the servings are huge, so I think that makes it worth it. 5 stars also because I would like this spot in general to do well as I am a fan of food courts. I would like to try out the other restaurants here as well. But all that said, I thought the food was pretty good as well. My family enjoyed the kimbap, jajangmyun, soondubu, and teoppokki. It was completely empty when I came, so the seating was comfortable. But if this spot gets popular, thatll be a problem as there are only like 4 tables. I suppose its more like a takeout food court though.

5 /5 Lee H (Philseungfighting): Their gimbob was outstanding! I ordered their special, tuna mayo and beef gimbob. They were all incredibly delicious, reminiscent of homemade flavors. Additionally, their dakgangjung was equally impressive, evoking the taste of Korea. With Bobjip in our town, I no longer need to travel far for authentic Korean cuisine. I feel fortunate to have such a gem nearby! After just one bite of dakgangjung, we were so captivated by the flavor that we forgot all about taking pictures and simply dove into the dish. It was only after we had finished every last bite that we realized we hadn’t snapped any photos.
