Ci Dawg Wow great get away in Benicia. Did was in point the atmosphere was good and chill. Old school music fabulous cocktails. The beef tacos to start out meal was perfect. I enjoyed the scallops delicious! My daughter has the salmon and Granddaughter loved the truffle pasta with prawns! Fresh and delicious indeed! Very very nice.

Torrey Stapp I absolutely adore this place! The food is delicious and I love the atmosphere. It has a super cute sake bar vibe, lots of fun art on the walls and funky lighting. Great vegan options as well as a couple gluten free ones. The vegan miso ramen is to die for and my friends say they have the best sushi in town(in regards to fish quality and flavor). What really prompted me to write this review was the amazing service we received last night. After a long day of work and travel me and my friends were unsure of if any places were still open (even for takeout), but we were able to call in an order here before they closed and they were so kind. The portions were huge and we could not have been happier with the service we received.

Andrea Diaz Native Son is my favorite spot in downtown Merced, it is a cozy modern atmosphere & i was welcomed right away by Adriana. She made the experience here so welcoming & fun that ive been back 3 days in a row lol the wine was great, breakfast burrito was delicousss ive never had a breakfast burrito with sweet potatoes. The strawberry mango lemonade was refreshing & totally post worthy! the star of the show for me was the banana matcha, id been trying to find one in Merced & i will be back over & over again. 10/10 everything, thank you Adriana you’re fantastic & all the guest love you!

Gema Trejo if youre looking for something thats authentic, hardy, and high quality, this is the place. I ordered the super nachos with birria, 2 birria tacos, the tres leches cupcake with peaches, and a Mexican coke to round it out. Service was quick and friendly, all my questions were answered warmly as well. The tacos were superb-the tortillas were fresh and tasted homemade, the meat was tender and fresh, and all the toppings were perfect compliments to the protein. The nachos featured the same delicious tortillas but with so much crunch. The guacamole was perfectly balanced, the salsa was nice and spicy, and the cheese was grilled to perfection. The tres leches cupcake was dense, rich, and creamy with just the right hint of brightness from the locally sourced peaches. I was highly impressed with this little taco truck, youd be hard pressed to find something that compares in the area. I will definitely be going back in the near future!

Isabel The waitress we had was so nice. This plate was a boacados de agua chiles in the large plate. So good! Their chips can do a little better for the chips & salsa, but they’re also free so can’t really complain. Overall really good!
