Burgers & Brew - (Near Chico, CA)

5 /5 Linen Cannon: The tables can be found a bit sticky even when there arent many people there, but the customer service is generally quite good and the food is delicious and portions are robust. I just had one of their daily specials (see photo). I cant remember what the name of it was but its the 3rd or 4th time Ive gotten one of the specials and Ive never been disappointed. The service was also very fast, although I did have the advantage of going in while it was slower, around 5:30pm the week after the last Thursday night market of the year.

5 /5 Mary P: Visited September 26th..see my receipt as always. After having suishi at the Rawbar ( awesome place) we did some shopping and saw this place and decided to check it out. Its a cool beer and burgers place with indoor and outside seating. It has a ton of beers to choose from! Although I am not a beer drinker we did try a few samples offered by Nico ( really nice and cordial employee). We decided on a pale ale and got the garlic fries as well. We only nibbled on the fries because we had suishi awhile ago but we loved that there was alot of garlic on the crunchy fries! More leftovers! It had a nice cool and relaxing vibe. If you love beer then this is the place to go! Fun and relaxing environment. Kiddos welcome with kids menu. Nothing fancy...Great for University area!

5 /5 Christopher Sanchez: Nice place to eat indoors and out, really cool building and old brewing related art. The service was fantastic, ordering up front and paying first takes the pressure off when you get to the table. Try the Purple Haze Hard Kombucha and the Spicy Chicken Sandwich, you will not be disappointed! Two blocks from the fast EV chargers too.

4 /5 Mike M: Spur of the moment stop while in Chico but definitely did not disappoint! Food was great, beer selection on tap was abundant, the atmosphere was awesome and service was excellent. Parking can be difficult especially during peak hours, so plan ahead! This was on St. Patrick’s Day right at lunch and the weather was awesome! Process above average but the food and drinks were worth it!

2 /5 Eric Lyon: We brought a visiting family member to Burgers and Brew for dinner last night (10/21/2025) and were quite disappointed with the condition of the restaurant. The patio dining area was filthy despite the restaurant being nearly empty - the floors were sticky and littered, there was bird droppings on the tables, nearly every chair cushion was worn and /or torn, and the area smelled of stale urine. Additionally, the restaurant bathrooms were closed. The food we ordered was edible but mediocre at best. They do have a nice selection of beers on tap and the staff was attentive, but these positives were unfortunately overshadowed by the disgusting condition of the establishment - it felt like we were dining in a gas station bathroom.
