5 /5 ibrahim fazil: I dined in at this location with my wife, we both got the "Hot" spice level chicken sandwiches, and it was really good. The fried chicken pieces are plain and not heavily seasoned and fried fresh when ordered which is good because they have an assortment of sauces you can add to get the taste that you want. I really enjoyed the buffalo sauce with my sandwich. It had the right flavor and heat level. The "Hot" spice level is also quite high in its heat level but I enjoyed it. Overall the place was nice, great location near Disneyland and the staff was friendly and it is Zabiha Halal. I like this place better than Daves hot chicken. It is my new favorite place for halal hot chicken!

2 /5 KDG: Saw some viral videos regarding Byrd’s and as a Hot Ones fanatic and lover of hot chicken sandwiches, I couldn’t wait to try it. Tik Tok users claimed this was the best hot chicken in Anaheim. My advice to those users? Get out more. I despise leaving bad reviews. I truly try to look at the positives, but hopefully I can save someone the trouble of disappointment, especially if they are connoisseurs of hot chicken. First, the staff were nice, if not very talkative. You place your order at a kiosk, which while convenient, is also impersonal. The restaurant was clean and well kept. It’s located close to Disney, conveniently for visitors, which we were. However, the sandwich had a single tender as the base. The chicken was dry, not hot, and the flavor was mid, at best. I was not only disappointed, but unfulfilled. The restaurant is small and has seating, but you should expect to take it to go as there is very limited seating. The price is what you would expect, the quality and size of the sandwich is not. As I said, I hate leaving bad reviews, but maybe I will save someone $20.

5 /5 Michael Ku: The food and service was great! The chicken sandwich was perfectly toasted and the chicken was really moist. The byrd bomb was also really delicious. The medium heat wasnt too hot but still enough to give it a kick. Overall a little pricey though. It’s comparable to the theme park prices but the quality here is much better.

5 /5 Jenn Iverson: Great spicy chicken meal! I didn’t get good pictures because we were too busy eating our food to stop and photograph. The chicken is juicy on the inside and wonderfully crispy on the outside. Spicier than we expected. Mild was about the level of typical “medium” salsa, a little hotter. And up from there. My son found his mild chicken sandwich to be too spicy, and they kindly gave him an extra plain chicken tenders on the house. Nice little spot!

4 /5 Saliha Babar: Halal spot ; Tried Byrd Hot Chicken in Anaheim for the first time. Conveniently located near Disneyland, but overall, the experience felt average. On a positive note, the service was top-notch—the front staff was incredibly helpful and guided us well through the ordering process. The menu, however, is quite limited, with no family-style options—you have to place separate orders for each person. The food arrived quickly despite the place being packed with customers. The tenders, although small, tasted good. However, as fans of Korean food, we found the Korean sauce disappointing—it didn’t hit the mark at all. Another downside was the lack of a restroom—there wasn’t even a place to wash hands, even alone a toilet. This felt inconvenient, especially for a restaurant located in such a busy tourist area.
