Cafe Villa - (Near San Rafael, CA)

Out of Our Nest Very busy place but once you try the pizza, you understand while everybody comes there. Not so hidden gem in the town, located back off the main street, but definitely a place verybody seems to know about. It was packed in the evening with visitors and locals alike. Seating inside can be very tight, but there is seating outside in the front and back. Pizzas may take a while to make depending on the crowd, but they’re all definitely worth it, loaded with all sorts of good toppings, and their menu consist of all different varieties of pizzas.

jestin vance-gydesen A great place to get some great food. The fries and onion rings were perfectly crispy. I didnt mind that my jalapeno pepper jack burger was a little messy. All the flavors were perfect. The Ortega chili burger was great. Everything was fresh and hot, even after a shirt drive home. The new owners definitely have made great changes.

Lily Peng We recently had Bun Me Up cater our sons birthday party, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish! The buns were absolutely delicious—each one perfectly flavored and paired with their amazing special sauce, which was a huge hit. All the other dishes were just as popular, and our guests couldn’t stop raving about how unique and delicious everything was, with many saying they’d never had anything like it before. Josh worked closely with me throughout the planning process, going back and forth to create the perfect menu and ensuring we had just the right amount of food for our guests. His attention to detail and flexibility in accommodating changes to the guest count made the entire experience so easy and stress-free. He even took care of specific dietary restrictions, which was a huge plus! On the day of the party, Josh and his fantastic team handled everything seamlessly. The setup and cleanup were quick and handled entirely by them. They thoughtfully arranged each dish in chafing dishes with black linens, making everything look amazing. Their professionalism and attention to detail allowed us to fully enjoy the celebration without worrying about a thing. We couldn’t be happier with the experience and will absolutely use Bun Me Up again for future events. We’re already missing the food and can’t wait for the next occasion to work with them!

Paul T This restaurant serves typical American cuisine. The food was great and not over seasoned with salt even the chilli. The portion was very generous and delicious and you definitely wont be disappointed for the price that you pay for the food in this restaurant located in the middle of a tourist town. The restaurant itself is not very big so do expect to wait during busy time. However, the food and the service are well worth the wait. There are only two restrooms for both all genders so you might even see a line there as well. All in all, an awesome restaurant!

luca burges I am from australia and its my first time in La and I have tried quite a few different spots, but this place was actually soooo amazing the food was prepared fresh and tasted so good like nothing I had tried so far. The service from two of the workers (Sean and Jorge) was extremely helpful considering my order was very complicated these two were very polite and I felt safe talking to them. overall great experience and would definitely recommend.

Tyler Ann Sands aka Sister Gramps Friendly and knowledgeable staff, food we ordered tasted great, the presentation of food was awesome. A bit spendy, but still very good. Clean, outdoor seating, lots of parking.
