5 /5 Brendan: A Must-Stop on the Road to Tahoe This place is a true gem in Fairfield, a perfect stop if youre driving to Tahoe. It has everything you could ask for in a road trip restaurant and more. The food is excellent. They offer a huge selection of traditional Mexican dishes like fajitas, tacos, and burritos, along with more unique specialty items like enchiladas. We were even given free chips and salsa to start, which was a great touch. What really stood out, though, were the drinks. The margaritas are the real deal, made with fresh limes—something you dont find everywhere. The other cocktails were equally impressive, and they have a great beer selection to go with the food. Plus, the location is super convenient, with plenty of parking right out front. This is definitely a spot Ill be stopping at again.

5 /5 Kasindra V.: In this small footprint of a restaurant you can find big flavors - classic mexican food done really well. The salsa and guacamole were excellent (always the first test of a mexican restaurant), and the food was hot, fresh, and delicious. The pork in the Chili Verde enchiladas was so tender and flavorful - definitely recommend them! And if you like adult beverages, their margaritas and cocktails are prepared with flair and are amazing!

1 /5 Farhana Alijohar: Pains me to write a somewhat negative review. I really wanted to love this local spot, but the service fell short. While the restaurant is clean and the coffee is fresh, the communication was disappointing. I asked for help with a specific drink I wasnt familiar with, but instead of being helpful, the server was dismissive. Despite my attempts to describe it, I was repeatedly told "we have different kinds" without any guidance or explanation. The food was okay, but the interaction left me feeling unwelcome. If you visit, I recommend knowing exactly what you want beforehand to avoid an uncomfortable exchange. It’s a shame, as I was looking forward to a great local meal.

4 /5 Teacher Ann: The food was really good. I had a vegetarian burrito that was excellent. However, they only had two very vegetarian options. One of them was the burrito, and the other one was a salad. Everything else in the menu you had meat. There were a couple of sides that were vegetarian. I would suggest they expand their vegetarian options to be more inclusive of diverse eaters.
