5 /5 Badd JuJu: Its absolutely an awesome place to eat!!! Our server was the absolute best!!! And the food was great!!!!! I almost divorced my wife to marry the chef!! The atmosphere and the vibe were pretty mellow!! I will definitely be a return customer!! I reccomend the Steak Frites with Duck fat fries!!

5 /5 Darlene Hickson: My first time here and OMG, it’s such a vibe! One of the best Steaks in Orange County. The Duck Fried Fries are amazing and EVERYTHING we ordered was delicious. Customer Service was prompt, warm, welcoming and professional. The Bartender laughed with the customers and provided a family oriented atmosphere. I don’t know that waitress name but not only was she friendly but had a photographic memory of the menu. I had the Bacon wrapped meatloaf topped with mash potatoes and Brussels sprouts! Simply delicious and very flavorful. But I could not keep my fork out of my dates plate. He ordered the sirloin steak and oh boy! Juicy, well seasoned, perfectly cooked - could NOT describe it. My compliments to the chef!!! I ordered Hennessy and Baileys and let me just say the serving portion did not disappoint! I told the waitress tonight that I’ll be coming back even if it’s by myself. The decor gives Library Adult version! With TV screens in every direction. The music was up to date and jammin! Parking is great as the lot is right outside the door. But to top it all off they serve a Filipino Egg roll called Lumpia. The Eggroll itself is so delicious no dipping sauce is needed. But, the dipping sauce is amazing. FYI - they specialize in making their own sauces. Highly recommended! 10/10

4 /5 Daniel Musto: The food was very good but the tap water was atrocious and they didnt have bottled water available. One member of our party got served her main course after some of us had finished. I really enjoyed my brunch meal, but other things were lacking. The place only had us and 1 other party but service took a long time.

4 /5 Janae Price: The Hearts of Palm tacos are wonderful. I wanted to try something new. Chapter One did not disappoint me. Their French fries are fried in Duck fat. That gave the fries their own delicious taste. Then sprinkled with salt and pepper.

The flavors & taste, the presentation, the high quality ingredients, the creativeness, all stellar. Outstanding service and food from start to finish. EVERYTHING hospitality should feel like, look like, and taste like. I love every experience I have had at Chapter One!
