To start, I ordered the chef platter, which was like eating leftovers from someone else earlier in the day. The Peking duck was very dry, tasted old, was cut like it was prepped for soup, and it was clear that its been sitting out.
The Mushu Pork was smothered in soy sauce. Whats the purpose of a hoison side sauce, if it was already drenched in soy sauce?
The service was great, at least. Maybe Ill try again someday through recommendations from those who enjoy going to this restaurant.
