Katarina Petrikova I had the gyro bowl + pita bread at Pita Co. in Cascade Kitchen Food Hall and it was absolutely delicious. Even though it was very busy, the food was prepared quickly and everything was fresh and flavorful. The gyro meat was great and the staff handled the rush really well. One of the best spots in the food hall — I’ll definitely be back!

Luis Ramirez We were pleasantly surprised to find Creole Kings at the Thousand Oaks mall. We’ve been to the Topanga location several times and have always left impressed, so when we saw the new spot, we had to give it a try. I ordered some fried okra while my wife and daughter went to Hot Dog on a Stick. Before long, they were both reaching over for my okra, and it quickly disappeared. That pretty much says it all. The food here is consistently excellent. Everything we’ve tried has been fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. You can tell the kitchen takes pride in what they make, from the crispy sides to the rich, soulful main dishes. The service has always stood out, too. The staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely proud of the food they serve. They make you feel welcome from the moment you walk up. It’s great to see Creole Kings expanding, and this Thousand Oaks location delivers the same quality and hospitality that made us fans in the first place.

Holly Qubain First time dining here. I kept seeing videos of the pot pies coming up on my social media and had to bring my dad and grandmother for their birthdays to try them. I made a reservation ahead of time and the person who took our reservation was very nice and informative. She took down all of our names and the occasion we were celebrating, also made note that we were interested in the homemade pot pies (pot pies are only served Mondays and Tuesdays at this particular location.) When we arrived the hostess welcomed us all in by name, making us feel special. We were seated promptly in the "outdoor" patio. Its completely covered with views of the boats and los alomitos bay. There were 2 birthday cards displayed on our table for both my dad and grandmother, signed by restaurant staff. Super thoughtful, even the menus said happy birthday at the top! Our server Justin was so friendly and nice! My dad and grandmother both ordered pot pies and I ordered the $40 lunch 3 course meal. We all enjoyed our meals. Afterwards they also served my dad and grandmother both a beautiful plate that said happy birthday written in chocolate with a scoop of ice cream and berries. I had closen the toasted marshmallow ice cream which was served with a warm Carmel sauce. It was soooo good! As we were leaving our server informed us about their free vintage photo booth in the bar area. Such a fun memorable way to end our meal together. The parking ended up costing $6 after we used the 90 free minutes upon arriving. I will definitely be returning for a beautiful cocktail and date night with my husband next!

Brandy Wilson I came in for the first time today. I ordered the breakfast bowl for only $5 added sausage for $1.50 and it is so amazing cooked fresh and so tasty and the portions are huge. The atmosphere is great its like cafeteria style they even have a couch area that you can sit in... Everybody was very kind and accommodating and I love their dishes theyre very nice two people seriously share this breakfast bowl. They have daily specials and their food is very inexpensive and very very good I will be back!

Mai Vue Thao Everything was absolutely delicious! The place is very clean, including the restrooms, which I really appreciate. It has a great vibe, and the portions are generous definitely a great value for the price. Highly recommend giving it a try! I love their drinks too—20 oz for just $5–$7 is an awesome deal! Customer service 100!!

Gayane Gevorgyan Newly opened restaurant with great aesthetics and design solutions. Very clean. Indoor area, great for big gatherings and celebrations, and a very nice outdoor area with lounge vibes. They offer hookah. Live music. Perfect place for lazy evening vibes. That olive tree in the middle of the yard is simply awesome. Food is very good with high quality. I ordered ribeye with medium-well preparation, which is not easy to get. So the chef got it just right, preserving all the juiciness of the meat. Highly recommended, especially for big occasions and celebrations.
