Chilis Grill & Bar - (Near Yuba City, CA)

5 /5 Mary P: Visited Yuba City location Feb. 23rd..see receipt. I got there when they opened at 11am. This is the first time eating here at this location. Really enjoyed the 3 for me item meal for 10.99! Got the smash burger with soup and a soda PLUS free chips and salsa ( sign up on the app to get free chips and salsa!). Burger was huge and shared it with my boyfriend. The soup was Tortilla soup with melted cheese and it was good and not salty. The chips were warm but we took them to go ( they provide a microwavable bag for the chips). Because Saturday and Sunday is happy hour all day I got a glass of wine for 5 bucks. They also have a nice bar to enjoy several tvs while enjoying your food. Clean inside and employees are friendly (thanks Beverly!). Plenty of parking and a separate entrance for " to go" orders. Very popular - lunch was less than a dozen eggs..lol! DEF will be back!!!

Came in tonight for a rare night out with my wife as theyre hard to come by with 5 children. Weve had 2 other negative experiences at this location but my wife loves the Chipotle chicken crispers so I reluctantly agreed to try this location again. Upon arrival we noticed they were abnormally busier than what weve experienced on our last two visits that both ended in bad experiences. The hostess explained the wait for a table of two would be a 30 minute wait unless we wanted to sit at the bar which we declined, took our number and said they would notify us when a table was ready at that time I explained we prefer a booth and would wait for an available booth and we stepped outside and awaited the text for our table. Approximately 20 minutes go by and I noticed that the couple that came in behind us had been set at a booth for two. I approached the other hostess and asked if they took call aheads as maybe that was the reason they were sat ahead of us. She said she didnt know if they did or not which as a hostess you should absolutely know that as your job. She said she had to ask and stepped away at which time the original hostess noticed us and scrambled to get us seated . She escorted us to a table. I explained that we requested a booth. I asked her if they took call ahead because the couple that came in behind us had already been seated at a booth. She said " No, they were here before you". Which was absolutely false. We explained again we would wait for a booth and escorted back to the front and were told they would notify us. We stepped aside behind the first set of double glass doors and within 2 mins we watched as the hostess sat another couple of two that had just arrived at the next available booth! Once I started to complain they offered us a booth in the bar. I explained if we wanted to set in the bar we wouldve sat there upon arrival. We decide not to waste any more of our night and cut our losses and leave to another restaurant for our evening. Customer service on par for this location . Terrible. 3 strikes . We will not patronize this location again. TLDR ; Terrible customer service on multiple visits

5 /5 Bradford McGlone: Chilis Restaurant was fantastic!! Alex, very helpful. And the other young lady was great too! Unfortunately I didnt get her name. Lunch prices very good, more reasonable than going to many fast food places. One of them I rather not name, More food and a soft drink combo!! I plan on coming to Chilis at times in the near future!

5 /5 Sam Singh: The prices are fantastic. Definitely beats fast food prices and the quality is good. Real food, good prices and Nice place with good ambiance. What else could I ask for? Three for me is only 10 bucks. I usually get the triple dipper. This exactly what America needs right now. Fast food is 15 bucks or you can get the triple Dipper with three times of food. Me and my wife usually split it because its too much food for us. Highly recommend Chilis.

5 /5 Steven Poole: I ordered the surf and turf and when it arrived, it was cooked absolutely perfectly. Unfortunately, we ran into a problem when I asked for salt. There was something wet inside the salt and I didnt notice until it was all over my plate. The server and manager handled the situation quickly and professionally. I was given a free salad and they remade my entire dish and the steak was once again, cooked to perfection. Amazing experience that definitely could have been terrible. Great job!
