Napoleon Navarro The ribeye breakfast was a very filling and tasty breakfast special. The sunny-side up eggs were cooked well. The hash browns were very crunchy. I added a side of sausage links because I love having sausage with my breakfast. The steak was cooked well and had the perfect bite to it.

Bryan Ortiz I got orange chicken with pork fried rice and pork chow mein. The pork fried rice was good. The pork chow mein was better. The orange chicken, omg! Crispy and sweet. I saved it for last and it was still crispy. The sauce was fantastic and the right amount of sweet, for me. This was a real gem for me. I was visiting and I looked up restaurants, this one caught my eye, and Im glad I went. I didnt take a picture until I was nearly done. The presentation was fairly well done, also.

KAVIAR Restaurants - Pasadena

Rating: 4.6 /5
Cam Carter As a public figure constantly bouncing between projects, cities, and studios, finding a space that blends luxury, peace, and true hospitality is rare. But Kaviar in Pasadena is just that — a gem. From the moment you walk in, the energy is refined, welcoming, and effortlessly elevated. Tigran, the owner, is not just running a restaurant — he’s curating a sanctuary. You feel like family the second you’re greeted, and that warmth carries through every detail — from the ambient lighting to the intentional design of the space. Whether it’s a romantic date night, a private solo dinner between business calls, or a quiet celebration of something personal — Kaviar adapts to your moment. The vibe is intimate, yet powerful. Exclusive, but never pretentious. Let’s talk food — because this is world-class cuisine. The Kaluga caviar dishes are handcrafted with an attention to detail that you can taste. Every bite feels sacred. Their fish plates are pristine, the sushi is cut and served with precision and soul, and the A5 Wagyu? Let’s just say it melts like a whispered secret. Kaviar wasn’t just voted Best Sushi in Pasadena — it earned that title with consistent excellence, a passionate team, and a vision that sets a new standard for what dining out can feel like. To Tigran and the entire Kaviar family — thank you. You’ve built more than a restaurant. You’ve built an experience. I’ll be back again and again. — Cam Carter

TWISTED MEATS - Thousand Oaks

Rating: 4.8 /5
Universal Experiences I had an amazing experience at Twisted Meats in Thousand Oaks, and I can honestly say this place is now one of my favorite spots for Mediterranean-style food in the area. I ordered the doner kebab sandwich, and it was absolutely outstanding. The meat was perfectly cooked — tender, juicy, and packed with deep, rich flavor. You can immediately tell the doner is prepared with care and quality ingredients. Every bite had a great balance of seasoning, char, and freshness, without being greasy or heavy. It was flavorful in that authentic, comforting way that keeps you wanting more. The bread was soft and warm, holding everything together beautifully without falling apart. The sauces and toppings were incredibly well balanced — nothing overpowering, just enhancing the flavor of the meat. You could taste how fresh everything was, from the vegetables to the herbs and spices. This wasn’t a fast-food style kebab — this was a crafted, restaurant-quality doner that rivals what you’d get in Europe or the Middle East. Portion size was generous too. I left satisfied but not weighed down, which is always a great sign. It’s the kind of meal that makes you think, “Yeah… I chose the right place today.” The atmosphere at Twisted Meats was clean, relaxed, and welcoming. The staff were friendly and efficient, and you could tell they take pride in what they serve. My order came out quickly and looked just as good as it tasted — fresh, hot, and beautifully put together. If you’re anywhere near Thousand Oaks and craving real, high-quality doner kebab, this place is a must-visit. Whether you’re new to Mediterranean food or already a fan, Twisted Meats delivers on flavor, quality, and consistency. I will absolutely be coming back — and next time I’m already thinking about trying more from the menu. But that doner kebab sandwich? It’s already a winner in my book. Highly recommended!
