1 /5 salvador rodriguez: placed an order at 12:17 p.m. Thanksgiving Day for a dinner, and it was confirmed with a scheduled pickup between 5:10-5:20 p.m.
At 5:14 p.m., just minutes before pickup, my order was abruptly canceled no explanation other than that they were "unable to fulfill the order."
This left my family, especially my kids who were looking forward to this Thanksgiving dinner from here, without a meal and no time to make other arrangements. If they were unable to fulfill the order, a timely notice hours earlier, not 10 minutes before pickup would have been more professional and considerate.
I completely understand unexpected issues can happen, but communication is everything especially on a holiday when families are counting on plans they trusted and confirmed.
Very disappointing experience
