5 /5 Wade Norton: Corvis Bakery is a fun little coffee shop and bakery tucked away in Grass Valley. Everything they bake is 100% gluten-free, which makes it a great stop for anyone with dietary restrictions or just looking for a lighter treat. We sampled a couple of their cupcakes — the chocolate one was a bit of a disappointment, as it seemed older and harder than it should’ve been. However, the carrot cake cupcake more than made up for it — fresh, soft, and absolutely delicious. On a recommendation, we also tried the cortado, made with whole milk, and it was excellent — smooth, balanced, and perfectly prepared. We’d definitely return, and we’d be happy to recommend Corvis Bakery to family and friends looking for a cozy spot with gluten-free treats and quality coffee.

5 /5 Andrew Novak: Loved this coffee shop and bakery! We walked in and the place smelt absolutely amazing. The customer service was great as she helped lead us through some of the fresh options just out of the oven and discussed some of the homemade syrups. Definitely hope to return for more!

I was blown away by the variety of treats available. It’s rare to find gluten-free options that taste just as good, if not better, than their traditional counterparts, but Corvus delivers every time. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about their craft. They’re always happy to explain ingredients and offer recommendations. I especially loved their gluten-free muffins and chocolate cake – moist, flavorful, and just perfect. Even if you don’t follow a gluten-free diet, this bakery is worth a visit. The quality and taste speak for themselves. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

5 /5 Jesse Nichols: Daaaaaaaaang thats a good chocolate chip cookie. Unbelievable that its gluten free! So chewy & delicious. Maybe the best cookie over ever had. Also a killer coffee cake. All so soft & moist. This place rocks.

5 /5 Jenny McGuckin: Think this may be the best gluten free bakery I’ve tried. The variety of choices and flavors were incredible and made choosing incredibly hard! I had the Persian Love Cake (wow!) and a matcha latte. I also bought “day old” savory herb scone and it was moist, buttery and full of flavor. I’m glad I don’t live closer because I’d want one of those scones everyday. Thank you to the owners, chef and staff for this wonderful GF gem in downtown Grass Valley.
