Craft Pizzeria By Niche - (Near Hayward, CA)

1 /5 M C: I’m writing this in the moment because the experience was so horrible there is no need to reflect on it. I arrived with my 2 children and we placed an order from a kiosk with no human intervention - there were no other customers in the establishment. Our receipt was tagged at 2:59 pm and the first part of our food order didn’t arrive at the table (garlic bread) until 3:27 pm. At that time no one had brought our 3 soda fountain drinks. I inquired and was then told the Coke was out. Drinks took another 5 minutes - the last part of the order arrived at 3:45 pm. 45 minutes for a personal pizza, tortellini, and a burger in an empty restaurant is horrible. The he place had potential / lots of TVs (but only 2 were on as we are. The service was slow and unresponsive - no refill even as he approached the table to drop off my burger that I told him to box up! I eat out a lot and am loath to review or post something negative but this place deserves a hard pass. Maybe I picked the wrong day but I won’t be coming again - EVER!

5 /5 Julissa M: The service is great!!! The food taste amazing the pizza here has the best cheese pulls! And they always taste so good!! It’s a nice and clean environment and a fun place to take the kids out to eat! It has a nice arcade and a laser gun game it so fun! It’s a great place to come out with your friends to eat!

The food is exceptional – from perfectly crispy crusts to rich, flavorful sauces and generous toppings, every bite tastes like it was made with care. What really sets them apart, though, is the outstanding service. The staff is warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They go above and beyond to make sure youre comfortable, whether youre dining solo, with family, or hosting a party. Speaking of which – their party setup is fantastic. Spacious, well-organized, and they make it so easy to plan and enjoy without stress. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for incredible pizza, great vibes, and top-notch service. Definitely a go-to spot!

5 /5 Joshua Prine: Had their pizza for the first time today, and it was surprisingly good! I’ve never had it before, but they had a great menu with good combinations. I’d definitely order it again.
