Edna G Happened to see it while scrolling Yelp looking for something new to eat. This is located in the Ranch 99 market plaza in Fremont Blvd. They are new since September 2025. Nice modern decor and plenty of seats and possible a big group as well. My hubs and I were all greeted by their staff. Very friendly and helpful staff. They helped us to decide the best options on their menu and what to expect since its a new way of eating dry ramen called Mazeman. I tried the Cheese Mazeman and my hubs had their Deluxe Mazeman. The deluxe had everything but I like cheese. Haha We also had their Ikageso which is fried squid legs. Definitely, have their Asahi draft with your meal. ;) We actually tried something similar in San Mateo but it was ok. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and hospitality here as well as the food. Will definitely come back. I cant remember the young mans name but props to him how to eat their food. My first review of 2026!!

Peggy Sanchez My boyfriend and I waited for 30 minutes but my corndog and Asada fries were.so good .He got the shrimp tacos and Asada tacos they were so good Nice there was no one there it was a Wenesday I really liked the misters it was cool and fresh .We will go again

Jonathan Lee Oh G Burger is a cozy place tucked on A Street in Hayward. With a wide seating area and bright, red, white and blue walls, it brings a more retro atmosphere, helped by the selection of 80s, 90s and 00s music. Aesthetically, its somewhere between an old-school diner and a cafeteria, and I greatly appreciate that. During my visit, the owner made sure to meet my needs in a timely and respectful manner. Ice for my drink was available on request, as well as water (and water cups). I noted that the owner was also very close with his regulars, but also willing to give a customer space if he felt that they wanted to be alone. It seems that management is in good hands. On this first visit, I ordered the Hayward Burger combo. To be honest, I didnt take a closer look at the menu and just picked on the spot - almost none of the ingredients in the burger itself were anything I would have normally had. Based on its individual ingredients, I should have hated what I ordered... but I didnt! The combination of flavors made what would have been an unpleasant experience in lesser hands, a pleasantly surprising one. Even if I dont know whether or not I will order another Hayward Burger, its certainly changed my opinion on bell peppers for the future. For that, I have to give a 5 star rating for the food - at any other place, I think I would have hated it. Ill definitely be coming back in the future!

Kareem Pinkston Hill Street Brewing is finally open in South Oceanside and theyre bringing some great food, barbecue and brew to the Oceanside community. I attended their soft opening, and Im very impressed with the decor of the inside and the fact that they are leaning into a perspective of "locals-forward" in their business approach. So far, Im thoroughly enjoying the drinks and that the place is very clean and well organized. Service is extremely friendly, even though many of them are just learning the ropes. They have a full bar filled with whiskey, tequila, rum, and many mixers. One of the aspects that I can truly appreciate is that they will be having local discounts, military discount discounts, $.75 wings on Wednesdays and also a bottomless mimosa brunch on the weekends. Ive heard that they will even have an upstairs private room that can be used for private events, bachelor parties, football get together and will also be part of a membership program. Hill Street Brewing also enlisted the skills of the MasterChef Kennedy, and she is able to specialize and not only superior meats and barbecue, but also vegetarian and vegan dishes. I can also appreciate that they have a heavy duty smoker on premise that will supply authentic smoked barbecue made in-house.
