Elicia Cano One of my partners favorite spots! They have a great happy hour menu to try different bites and everything we’ve gotten has been delish including the drinks! One of my favorite desserts was the miso butterscotch budino (I think that’s right). Still think about it! We sat at the bar one of the times we visited and the bartender was such a nice guy! He explained some of the drinks he was making as we eye balled them and made some great suggestions for menu items. All of the staff was very nice! The outdoor seating area in the back also has a good amount of shade for a sunny day and haters for a chilly evening.

Hyunjun Eo ​You can’t really visit the Santa Cruz Wharf without hitting up Stagnaro Bros at least once. We stopped in for a lunch with a view, and honestly, it hit the spot. It’s definitely a busy, touristy spot, but the seafood quality backs it up. ​Here’s the breakdown of what we ordered: ​Clam Chowder Bread Bowl: This is pretty much mandatory here. The sourdough was fresh with that perfect crust (didnt get soggy too fast), and the chowder was creamy and full of clams. Perfect comfort food, especially with the sea breeze coming through the window. ​Coconut Shrimp: These were a highlight. Super crunchy on the outside and the shrimp inside wasnt rubbery. The sweet chili sauce on the side is standard, but pairs perfectly. ​Fish & Chips(Kids menu): A solid classic. The batter wasnt too thick or oily—it had a nice crisp to it. I appreciate that they serve the thicker steak fries instead of the skinny ones; they hold up better with the malt vinegar. ​Seafood Alfredo(Holiday Special): We decided to switch it up with a pasta dish (Scallop Alfredo). It is rich. Very creamy and cheesy. The scallops were sweet and tender, and the peas added a nice little pop of sweetness, but it’s definitely a heavy dish. Good for sharing if you want to save room for dessert. ​The Vibe: We got a table right in the sun, which was amazing. It’s casual dining—you get your sauces in plastic cups and it’s a bit loud—but that’s part of the charm. The service was quick considering how packed the place gets. ​Verdict: If you want fancy fine dining, this isnt it. But if you want fresh seafood, a cold drink, and a view of the ocean while you eat, Stagnaro’s is still the king of the wharf. Will definitely be back for that bread bowl.

Wendi Aragon We had a party of 10 for a birthday. We had 2 appetizers and we all had full delicious meals for less than $275 with tip. We were frequent customers of Dinopolis and hadnt tried the restaurant since the switch until now and we will definitely go back. Large portions and everything was so good. The service was great and everyone was friendly. I recommend going and trying it out for yourself.

Maria P Absolutely delicious! What great service! Their food was very well cooked! Burgers were juicy, and ginormous! Their club sandwiches was amazing! Great portions, fries were crispy, onion rings were juicy! This is definitely going to be a regular place for us! And our waitress was incredible!

Brandon Graham Overall, this restaurant is decent and has a lot of potential. The food tasted great, and the flavors were enjoyable. However, the space could use a bit more attention to cleanliness, as it would make the dining experience more comfortable. The wait time for the food was longer than expected, especially considering it was a breakfast order. Additionally, my instructions for how I wanted my food prepared were not followed, which was disappointing. While the quality and taste of the food were very good, listening to customer instructions is important and makes a big difference in the overall experience. Overall, it’s good food, but better attention to cleanliness, timing, and customer requests would truly elevate the experience.

Shuaib I. Had their fried wings, 4 pieces for $11 not bad. Wings were delicious, no complaints. The powdery seasoning is on point. Took about 7 minutes for the food to be ready. Will be coming back. Highly recommend.
