We weren’t expecting a minimal dining setting which is highly optimized for takeout orders. No sit down next time! In terms of the food we had - it was good but East Bay has several amazing options for Dosa and Idli that this food truck doesn’t impress beyond a one try drive by experience. The food is prepared to-go even when you dine in, but there is clean place to eat from the to-go boxes.

My recent experience tasting their Zershk Polo and Combo Kabob left me thoroughly impressed. The Zershk Polos saffron infused rice and tangy barberries burst with flavor, while the Combo Kabob featured perfectly grilled beef and chicken. You get 2 skewers and 2 grilled tomatoes. They also provide fresh herbs, bread, and a delightful dessert. Didars dedication to freshness and authenticity is unmistakable. This culinary gem really ramps up Haywards dining scene. I would recommend this to anyone who is craving exquisite flavors of Persian cuisine. It’s a MUST try!
