4 /5 Julie Sanders: So many omelette options! We shared a corned beef and Swiss omelette and it came with a side of hash browns or potatoes and a choice of toast, biscuit, or English muffin. Our friends got Western omelettes and loved them. Portions were generous and the coffee flowed to fill and refill our cups. Service was warm and friendly and our food didn’t take long to come out. I’d love to come back to try the waffles and French toast. What a wonderful and homey breakfast spot in Auburn.

5 /5 Matt Pentecost: My wife and I went here for the first time last week. The food and service was excellent. I had a ham and cheese omelet which was a good size omelet and it was delicious. My wife had fish and chips and she said it was a good choice. The original owners are still there 44 years later! Amazing in this day and age. We will definitely be back!

5 /5 Zachary Fox: Me and my uncle and his wife always come here to meet. I dont live in Auburn but Ill come here just for the great food and awesome environment! Ive never had poor service or a complaint about my food. I love this restaurant and so does my family. I guess you can say, its our restaurant. I highly recommend you try it! 5 /5 Bradley Nakaji: Luck was shining on me today. The wife and I were traveling through Auburn and decided to stop for lunch in Old Town Auburn. Just as I was turning to leave, a car backed out of a street parking spot. I didnt look a gift horse in the mouth and immediately parked. I asked the wife where she wanted to go and she said "why not here"? I looked up and saw the front window of Edelweiss restaurant. Interior was interesting as it tried to be rustic Bavarian. Food was fantastic. Wife ordered a BLT with fries and I ordered an omelette. The BLT came out exactly as the wife ordered. The omelette and hash browns covered the plate. Whole the egg part of the omelette was dry although the interior ingredients were well prepared. Overall a very good breakfast/lunch restaurant.
