Josh Nowack Birthday dinner at Tre Lune and it absolutely delivered. Heidi had flagged their tableside cacio e pepe months ago, and it became the plan — worth it.
We sat on the patio with the fireplace going (highly recommend). Much quieter and more intimate than the main dining room.
She ordered the cacio e pepe, I had the Norma pasta — penne with marinara, eggplant, and mozzarella. Lighter than eggplant parm and really well balanced. Service from Gabi was warm, genuine, and knowledgeable — she clearly believes in the food.
Solid Italian, no gimmicks. Great night.
