El Milagro - (Near Grass Valley, CA)

3 /5 Vitaliy Prokopets: I really wanted to give them 5 stars. But I am usually very critical of Mexican food and some might even say have high standards :) I’m used to Bay Area Mexican food standards so I guess I’m spoiled. I ordered a carne asada burrito. It was very moist which I liked. But the seasoning on the meat did not impress me. Overall a mediocre burrito. The salsa that comes with chips is very mild but full of flavor. I personally prefer the spicier stuff but they didn’t have the option. I asked for salsa verde and was able to try it. It wasn’t bad but I am used to a heavier tomatillo content. This one seemed lacking tomatillos. The chips were great though! I loved the service and I think this place is a decent sit down Mexican food in the area. However I much prefer El Favorito for the burritos.

5 /5 Mark Gold: We always enjoy our meal whether eating in or takeout. Their chicken enchiladas with molé is simply to die for. We’ve had molé in numerous restaurants and theirs is by far the best. Everything else is also tasty. Just had their chicken tortilla soup and it was absolutely delicious! My only regret is that I ordered a cup and not a full bowl of the soup. If you’re looking for a delicious meal, El Milagro is always consistently great!

2 /5 melancholy 20: I can’t identify the odd flavor in the enchiladas. The margaritas are weak & too sweet. It took 3x asking for water. The taquitos are great! I’d stick with that.

4 /5 Mitch Honsvick: Easy parking, well lit outside, good atmosphere, spacious seating, staff was friendly and fast. The meal itself was great. Came to the table hot and smelled delicious. I cant wait to go back and get something new.

5 /5 Linda Curtis: Our first time dining at this restaurant, and well definitely return! Friendly service, and my chicken asada burrito was excellent!! Enough for lunch the next day, too.
