Raul Gonzalez Very nice Bistro in the bear Springs Hotel. We were seated right away staff was very friendly. Environment was clean and quiet food was five stars.

It was our incredible server, Ava. From the moment we sat down, Ava guided us through the menu with such enthusiasm and knowledge that we assumed she was a seasoned pro. To our surprise, it was only her second day serving! She recommended standout dishes that ended up being our absolute favorites, and her understanding of the drink and food menu was unmatched. Ava made our experience not just enjoyable but genuinely memorable. We will absolutely be back—and when we are, we’ll be requesting her by name. She’s a gem and a true asset to this establishment!

Jerry R. Our weekend escape to Pismo Beach led us to Ember, a discovery that exceeded our already high expectations. As seasoned travelers who consistently hunt down exceptional dining and cocktail experiences, particularly around San Francisco, we approached this evening with discerning palates. Ember’s cocktail selection immediately captured our attention. Each drink demonstrated thoughtful craftsmanship, with complex flavor profiles that achieved that elusive perfect balance. The artistry was so compelling that we found ourselves indulging beyond our usual limits, and rightfully so. The culinary experience proved equally impressive. We savored our way through six carefully chosen appetizers before settling on the 50-layer lasagna. While the appetizer selection showcases remarkable creativity and execution, I sense that with expanded attention to their main course offerings, Ember could well find itself in Michelin consideration. Our evening was elevated further by Bill, our server, whose genuine expertise and attentive service transformed good into exceptional. His thoughtful pairing suggestions and intuitive timing created the seamless flow that distinguishes memorable dining from merely satisfying meals. Regular Guy Wow, what a great evening! This place is definitely my new favorite spot in Palm Springs. The atmosphere is wonderfully rustic-chic with a homey farm vibe, and the service is start to finish exceptional. Everyone there is "Welcome" "Its great to have you" "I hope everything is amazing" and "Thank you so much for joining us this evening." I havent had service like that in a long time. Of course, the food is the spotlight here, and everything is blow-your-hair-back quality. I cant say enough about what a wonderful experience this was. Make a reservation, because its small and its pretty packed

JR McKee Wow wow wow wow, this place is amazing. We had a 50/50 shot at having Italian, on one side of the street was Massimos and the other side Olive garden. Thank goodness we chose Massimos. What an amazing place. The ambience, the service, the food come with a live music this place is a great place to take a client to take your significant other, we had such a good time. We ordered the bolognese, Petrale Sole, drinks and Sorbet All of which was incredibly tasty, hot and enjoyable. The service is incredible, our waiter was just amazingly attentive, watched our table recognize when we needed something he was there Johnny on the spot, the food was incredible, they had live music which just really set the tone for the whole night. Highly recommend you check Massimos out, we will definitely be going back. 5 out of 5 stars. Cant wait to go back and have the bananas fosters made out our table.
