5 /5 Alexandra Rodwell: The convenience of this place is absolutely amazing. I travel for work and it makes it really hard to stick to my diet plans on a budget. Usually, I cook my own meal preps, but since I was farther away from home this time this was a saving grace. I bought 10 meals and they have averaged out to about $10.50 a meal! Really great and delicious for what it is! Had the pleasure of meeting the owner she was really nice. Only feedback I have is to pre-steam the broccoli a little bit as it is still very raw after 90 seconds in the microwave

What really sets them apart from other meal prep places is the quality of their ingredients. Even their protein pancakes aren’t made with just a regular mix—they use whole, high-quality ingredients, and you can taste the difference. Everything is so flavorful, even the simplest meals like chicken, and their sauces are next-level without messing up your counts. The protein pancakes? Sooo good. Easily my favorite thing on the menu!

5 /5 Jordan Cota: Where do I begin? I have nothing but amazing things to say about FitKitchen. Prior to getting meals from F.K. I was buying meals from a different store in Turlock but I could never finish my meals because honestly they were so bland. I was waiting money. They were not nearly as healthy as FitKitchens either. A friend told me about F.K. and as soon as I walked in for the first time I knew this was my new spot. I’ve been eating F.K. For breakfast lunch and dinner for the past month and not only have I finally dropped weight, I feel so good with their clean healthy ingredients. I was worried the taste wouldn’t be there but I am not kidding when I say the food is so flavorful! Oh and there protein muffins and pancakes are to die for!! I also love how they put the macros on all of their foods. I have never had one bad meal from them! I will be using them for as long as they’re around!
