5 /5 Patrick Smith: Thank you to Tiffany, Roman, and Tim for making my 2nd visit to Fleming’s an amazing experience that will be a fond memory for my girlfriend and I this new year of 2026. (The first time I went was with my family, and it was perhaps a 7/10, but Tiffany, Roman and Tim’s service made it a 10/10.)
Our table was both secluded and decorated for our date, the servers struck the right balance of attentive and discreet. Tiffany made my girlfriend a custom mocktail that she loved and finished every bit of it (rare for her). Our food was incredible especially the dry-aged Rib Eye and the corn side. And, we received a complimentary photo at the end.
(I will say though that the Fleming’s Potatoes side dish was the negative star of the night — jalapeños do not belong in this dish especially being served with steaks. It almost gives the potatoes a nacho-cheese flavor with the potato, cheese, and jalapeño flavors combined. I hope the chefs can see this and discuss about changing this.)
Roman was also extremely attentive yet friendly and made sure we were happy with everything. Tim, as well, was funny and kind throughout the night.
My girlfriend and I don’t go out much, but we are glad that we spent our time and money here. The food was great and the service was great if not better!
