Fondita Mexican Restaurant - (Near Stockton, CA)

5 /5 n anaya: This is my fifth time at this establishment. The first three times I tried huevos rancheros, The second time I tried huevos con Napolis. and the third time I tried Menudo and every single time every dish is good and or great, and the flower tortillas are better than Nena‘s both homemade corn and flour. The service is good. These ladies here are on their job they take it seriously they treat you good even with a full house they still treat you good,Great Homestyle atmosphere . And the price is Easy on the pocket for this day and age. I must say about time somebody built a better mousetrap. It seems everywhere else that I go around town,It all seems to be the same. thank you to the staff at the Fondita for making this eating experience pleasurable! and last, but not least the Music remind me of all the greats from my childhood.

5 /5 Abraham Serrano: We like to come here for breakfast. Today we had some lunch instead. We always leave full and happy. The service is great, very friendly. The food comes out in a timely manner. 5stars.

2 /5 Amanda: The main dishes were below average as far as taste. Portion sizes however are very very generous. Rice, beans and flour tortillas were amazing as well as the salsa and hot sauces they offer. They dont tell you unless you ask but they charge $3 more for bills paid with any type of card instead of cash.

4 /5 Stairs: This is a hidden gem in an older part of Stockton right off of the country club exit. Its rather small and the business center is old and rickedy but the food is way above average in my opinion and has a very homely feel to it. I usually get the chilaquelles con asada or the bistek ranchero. The flour tortillas are homemade and nice and hot and soft. I want to gate keep this place but its just too good that it needs to be highlighted. Try it out and see.
