4 /5 Kai Dwd: I came here for dinner after reading some reviews, and found it to be a restaurant decorated in authentic Irish style inside an old building. The Guinness beer was poured properly into a Guinness glass following the traditional method, which I recommend. However, the Irish coffee was not made in the authentic way, so I wouldn’t recommend it.
The fish & chips were cooked in the proper frying style and tasted good, but the shepherd’s pie lacked meat juices inside and was too dry—if it’s always prepared this way, I wouldn’t recommend that dish.
Since it’s an old building, the kitchen layout is a bit awkward and open, and the serving area feels somewhat cluttered, but you can still enjoy the atmosphere of an Irish pub.
For parking, you can leave your car at the hotel in the back and enter the restaurant through the hotel’s rear entrance. This is safer than street parking, so keep that in mind. Overall, it’s a place worth recommending.
