Wergin Carl (Nor_Cal_Dreamer) We have lived in Lucerne over a year and just discovered this wonderful little place. I had the garlic lemon butter chicken and my wife had fruit and nut salad. Very good and unique flavors that we didn’t expect. Wonderful service and excellent prices, this place will be our regular local restaurant to frequent. The drinks were very good too

Tiziana Alessandro Mitchell This past Sunday, I had the pleasure of enjoying catering from “Sogno Toscano” at my friend Giselle’s birthday party and it was truly outstanding! The selection was varied and thoughtfully prepared: high-quality cured meats, flavorful focaccia sandwiches, and pizza with an authentic Italian taste. Every bite took me back to the genuine flavors of my childhood in Italy. You can really taste the care in the ingredients and the passion for tradition. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for real Italian cuisine, even in a catering setting. By the way, “Sogno Toscano” means “Tuscan Dream” and that name perfectly captures the whole experience. Truly impressive… Buonissimo!!! I’ll definitely calling them for my next party or event.

Brett Tyree Nice little place in downtown Visalia. It’s located with a few other shops in a newly renovated building. Food was excellent, pretty good portions for the price. The avacado salsa was really good. Has some other interesting things I’d like to try too like the Sweet Dilla. Has a bar and a walk-up counter. I’ll definitely return!

Hannah Lin Amazing store for Russian Food. We ordered the borscht, pelmeni, olivye, and medovik. It did take a bit for our main dishes to come out but its a family run restaurant so i was a-ok waiting. We had a tub of olivye and slice of medovik to snack on anyways so all good. The olivye was quite salty but i do tend to like my food quite salty so it was very tasty to me. The medovik or honey cake was the highlight of the meal, not too sweet, super soft and filled with pieces of what seem to be walnuts and sour cream frosting that had a great tang (what i think is often missing from american cream cheese frosting) the borscht was earthy and comforting and also vegetarian just fyi. the pelmeni tasted nicely rich from the meat and even better when dunked into the sour cream
