5 /5 Asmar Alkadomy: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Simply unforgettable I traveled all the way from Canada searching for something special—something that would truly make my trip and my work feel meaningful. I found more than that here in Oxnard, California. Isaac and Mari delivered the best customer service I have ever experienced. Warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring, they made me feel appreciated from the moment I walked in. You can clearly see the passion and pride they have in what they do. And the chicken… wow. Without exaggeration, this is the best chicken I have ever eaten in my life. Perfectly cooked, incredible flavor, and absolutely unforgettable. Thank you to Isaac, Mari, and the entire team for creating such an amazing experience. This place truly sets the standard, and I will be recommending it to everyone I know.

1 /5 TheGreat Gambino: Honestly pretty mad that they didnt allow me to choose two different spice levels for the sampler but were perfectly fine with me spending 10 dollars more on the exact same thing separately ordered along with the side. Chicken was dry at first but ended up being ok towards the end. I was disappointed in the amount of skinny pickles they give (just two) on that sandwich and for 8 dollars a pop i expected a little more but oh well. The mac and cheese was actually the real star here which i enjoyed a lot more than the chicken.

5 /5 Payam Minoofar: Finally got to try the Gordos Killer Hot Chicken. This is really as good as comfort food gets. The killer hot chicken is as hot as it is flavorful. These guys really have the flavors dialed in perfectly. The fries are ok, but all the other sides are simply superb. This is the only fast food place that can satisfy foodies. The massive portions make this place a truly fantastic value. I wish they werent located in a crummy mall, though.

5 /5 Cory Waltz: I came into the collection Annex to check out their local taps and I saw this cool chicken and a few guys at the beer garden were recommending I try the chicken. I guess the new chicken restaurant took over and it’s new local ran business I actually met the owners they were on the kitchen pumping order out fast I was not willing to wait in line for long but it went by quick and I didn’t wait no longer than 10 minutes for my food which came out crispy, juicy, hot and the mac and cheese was different I can’t explain it but it’s delicious it’s was creamy and cheesy. The chicken is perfect and you get to pick your spice I got the original hot it was perfect, not too spicy just the right amount. What’s cool is that the guys are locals who grew up in Oxnard and you can tell they put love into their plates the portions are beautiful definitely worth the price since everything sold around here is about $25 out the door these guys serve up a meal and a drink under $20 you can’t beat it I recommend Gordos and I am coming back with my wife and kids

5 /5 Taylor Smallwood - Lopez: My little brothers are always going to the food trucks so I decided to stop by at the new annex location. The gordos sauce (which the friendly cashier Jasmin) told me is their version of chikfila - Canes Sauce is a must. It’s delicious and not spicy at all, I had to get 3 extra cups. I also ended up ordering their Gordos Fries. Jasmin again told me a secret menu add on which was the corn on the fries. I ended up getting regular hot and it was perfectly spiced. The gordos fries were out of this world! The chicken was crispy yet juicy at the same time! The mac and cheese is a deep orange which was interesting to say the least but, let me now undersell the flavor, was OUT OF THIS WORLD. Huge portions and very reasonably priced. If you have to try anything at Gordos it’s the sauce and Mac definitely. All in all the staff was friendly, it was very very busy but the crew was attentive and I got my order in 15 minutes. Will definitely be coming back.
