5 /5 TIFFANI RONDA: If you are looking for a quick, healthy meal Grilled Chic is definitely it. I stop here whenever I want something for myself, family, co-workers, or a second meal for some nights you dont feel like making dinner and doing dishes!!!! The chicken has the perfect amount of flavor, not too saucy…just the right amount of char from the grill to give it that authentic “Bento” taste. It’s juicy, tender, and consistently cooked. My other fav is the chow mein. Don’t forget the sides! Their macaroni salad and broccoli salad are great and good replacement if you dont want rice. . For the price, the portions are incredibly generous. You can easily get a full, satisfying bento box for less than the cost of a greasy combo meal at a big-chain drive-thru. The location is super easy to find right off Hwy 101, making it easy to pull in and out. The service is consistently great, the people here are incredibly friendly and make you feel welcome the second you walk up (or drive through). Fast, healthy, affordable, and delicious. If youre in Crescent City and want a high-quality meal on a budget, this is the place to go!

5 /5 Dine & Dash: Stopped at Grilled Chic because it had a name I didn’t recognize, which is my road-trip rule for avoiding chains. It worked. Great rice bowl with half chicken and half steak. The chicken had a nice char, the sauces were clearly homemade, and it was protein-forward without the dreaded road-trip belly. The broccoli and macaroni salads leaned a bit sweet for us, but that’s personal taste. Fast drive-through and solid fuel for the road.

5 /5 Allison Wood: We were camping in the redwoods and came to town for groceries and just had to stop and try this! You choose your size, white or brown rice, your meat and sauce for a nice rice bowl. We had white rice, chicken and pineapple teriyaki. It was delicious!!! The owner and staff at the window were friendly and quick. There was a line behind us at 3:30 on a Thursday! Great concept & great execution! Highly recommend!

The chicken was tender and juicy with just the right amount of char, and the rice was perfectly cooked — fluffy, warm, and a great base for the sauce. The real star was the peppered Korean BBQ sauce: sweet, savory, smoky, and just a little spicy with a bold pepper finish that tied everything together. Every bite was packed with flavor without being overpowering. I’d 100% order this again.
