Todd I Authentic and charming. They recognized their 51st anniversary in business while we were there. Homemade everything. Traditional offerings, and very affordable. They offer extensive outdoor seating for when the weather allows. Our server Mel was perky and enthusiastic. Happy Apple is off the beaten path and we always seek them out when we are visiting relatives in Penn Valley. For us, our visits here are more of an “event “ than just a meal.

Aaron Dowling Went here with my girlfriend on New Year’s Day. We were sat down immediately and were given great chips and dip right away. I had a modelo with the burrito loco. Amazing food. A good size portion, and reasonably priced. I almost never write reviews but I absolutely loved the service here and I would definitely come again!

Andrew Gibson I can definitely say that my family and I had a great experience at Heroes Restaurant and Brewhouse. The foods are freshly made. The staffs and crew are very kind and friendly. They are very approachable too. The place is wide and has a large selection on their menu. Everyone is happy with their order. A child friendly establishment too. The parking was quiet wide too. Its a convenient place to dine, specially in get together of the family.

Tai Such a nice place! Me and my sister first time today. Great customer service. Friendly staff. Coffee is great food is great! Love the vibe. Indoor seating and even a spot for outdoor seating too. No parking but plenty of parking on the neighborhood street. The owner is very sweet. I would definitely recommend! 10/10

Pamela Hammond Fun vibe at this British pub, serving traditional pub food. Voted best Fish & Chips for multiple years, they make a delicious steak and potato pastie topped with gravy, served with mashed potatoes and very fresh veggies. Other offerings are bangers and mash, cottage pie, chicken pot pie, a curry dish, burgers and lots of fresh fish options. Toffee pudding cake with a scoop of vanilla ice cream was so yummy! Dont forget a pint of Guinness with your meal! Inside is a true English pub, outside patio dining is nice too, with heaters, overlooking the marina.

Joseph Ahearn Simply the best and most authentic middle eastern food option. Amazing grape leaves, kabobs and combination platters. I love the lentil soup. The staff treats you like family.
