Luba Kharchenko Our recent dinner at Bantam restaurant in Santa Cruz was a delightful and memorable experience. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the trendy and cool vibe of the place. Even on a Tuesday night, the restaurant was packed with diners, which added to its lively atmosphere. To start, we ordered a salad that was loaded with fresh vegetables, including crisp pickled cauliflower and tender asparagus. The flavors were fantastic and left us eager to try more. We opted for two pizzas - one with peppery arugula and Brigita cheese and another with creamy ricotta cheese and roasted eggplant. Both were expertly baked, with thin crusts that had just the right amount of chewiness. For dessert, we indulged in Bantams famous booty pudding - a rich and decadent bread pudding that left us feeling fully satisfied. One highlight of our meal was how small but thoughtfully curated their menu is. We felt like every item on it was there for a reason, carefully chosen to showcase Bantams focus on fresh ingredients and bold flavors. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Bantam and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience in Santa Cruz. We look forward to returning soon!

Gnome Chomsky I loved everything about my time here. My waitress Sandy was a rockstar; super sweet, genuine and ontop of her multi tasking game. My carnitas breakfast burrito was incredible (ordered with potato’s on outside on Sandy’s rec). This breakfast spot is 11/10. Ty for having me.

Adam Turley We had a wonderful time at the sizzler for our wedding anniversary dinner. We drove down from Chico since our closed down long ago. We had wonderful service from Shayla (despite the poor girl being swamped) and the food was excellent. Salad bar as good as advertised and the shrimp kept flowing. No complaints. Worth the trip!

Larry Oberle This is my favorite Wood Ranch location. We have dined at the Agoura, Camarillo and Moorpark locations but Thousand Oaks is my preferred spot. From the servers, to the bar staff and the store manager Tim, I always feel they go out of their way to make sure I have the best experience. The food is always amazing and fresh. The sea bass is a nice addition they added recently which is a big hit with my wife. Both dine in and take out have been 5 stars for us. Thank you!

Kara N Just came for the craft beer and they have an amazing selection. Its in a strip mall that appears under construction but once you get inside its fine. Low key and laid back. Bartender was great. Ill be back and try their food menu.
