Hummus Republic - (Near Fresno, CA)

5 /5 S D: I had a great experience at Hummus Republic. I was so excited to see that they had 4 different hammus to choose from, their food is delicious and full of flavor and their atmosphere is very welcoming. It was my first time there so I was unsure on what to get and how to but a bowl together. Suzie was very knowledgeable and attentive, with her help I was able to put a very taste bowl together. The portions are big. They have in door and outdoor seating.

5 /5 Kelly Kelly: I am a Flight Attendant and was here on a layover and stumbled upon this gem. I eat out a lot and it is difficult to find healthy places to eat. I love the selections of Mediterranean styles of food and there are so many combinations that you can choose from. There is something for everyone! I will always return as I am today! The best part, they opened on in Las Vegas!

3 /5 Priscilla Personified: This is one of my favorite places to go however this was my first time to this new location in downtown Fresno. Although the food was good the restaurant was extremely hot. To be honest the temperature seem to be the same inside as it was outside. I ordered a bowl and wanted to eat at the location however, It was so hot I had to pack my stuff up and get in my car. I went home to finish my salad because I couldnt believe that there was no difference in temperature from being inside the building to when I walked outside. Overall the service was very good and the food tasted amazing however I would not be coming back to this location because its too hot and in the valley AC is a necessity.
