3 /5 KG: Oh wow, what a thrilling experience this was! I’ve been to three other locations and liked them all, so of course, I expected the same here. Walking into this Huntington Beach location on a Saturday night you know, typically a busy time for restaurants, I was absolutely blown away by how dead it was. A true ghost town.
Now, let’s talk about the service. If you’re looking for a marathon dining experience, this is definitely the place for you. From taking our orders to bringing chips, delivering cocktails, serving food, and finally getting the check, the whole process took a mere three hours. And no, that’s not an exaggeration. The servers? Oh, they were very busy… just not with us. They were out back, probably solving the world’s problems, while we sat there wondering if we had become invisible.
Our party of five was graciously given one serving of chips and salsa for the entire table because who needs more than that, right? The real tragedy here is that the food and drinks are usually decent at the other locations I’ve visited. But hey, if you enjoy waiting an eternity for your meal and love the thrill of wondering whether your server will ever return, this is the perfect spot for you. Otherwise, I’d recommend one of the many other Mexican restaurants in the area that actually value their customers’ time.
