Lonestarr Ranch Kitchen is hands down the best spot for breakfast in Woodland. Their biscuits and gravy are fantastic, the sausage is very good, and the huevos rancheros are absolutely delicious. Service is generally quick, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. It’s a small place with limited seating, but the kitchen moves fast and keeps things flowing. Well worth the stop if you’re looking for a great breakfast done right.

Cale Whitehouse The old saying is something can be good, fast, or cheap; and you can pick two of the three. Farmer’s Skillet is the rare example of a place where it’s all three. The food is great, fast and not expensive. The waitresses do a fantastic job, and the manager is always coming around and making sure that your coffee and other drinks are full.

Miri Dominguez This Mexican restaurant is a hidden gem! The atmosphere is charming with a cute western vibe that feels warm and inviting. The food was absolutely amazing—everything made fresh to order, which I truly appreciate. The chilaquiles and pozole were standout dishes—so flavorful and comforting. The service was incredibly friendly and attentive, adding to the overall great experience. I do encourage families to be patient and kind when dining here—this isn’t fast food, and that’s the beauty of it. It reminded me how much I miss real, freshly made meals compared to the quick, microwaved stuff we’ve grown used to. Highly recommend!

Lax Suresh (SLK) We chanced upon this place looking for Indian food in Yuba City! They didnt disappoint, although they ran out of a lot of food choices on a Sunday night. Its a cool concept, cross between Mexican and Indian food, but mostly with traditional Punjabi food. We had the chicken Naan Tacos with Achari Mango sauce and it hit the spot. Cool vibe with lot of knick knacks like an Auto rickshaw and scooter from India , kudos for the effort, ambiance and food!
