Dear Owner,
I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I recently received at your restaurant. I have been a loyal customer for years, but my latest visit was very disappointing.
The food was served cold, and when I brought it to the waitress’s attention, she responded with a bad attitude and argued back instead of helping. It was clear she did not care about the customers or their experience.
I strongly suggest that you retrain your staff on customer service and professionalism. I have always enjoyed coming to Las 3 Marias, but because of this poor experience, I will not be returning unless the service improves.
