Liann Amagan I was a little worried about parking but I found street parking a parking garage not too far. Located in a little plaza, you have both indoor and outdoor seating to choose from! I asked what bowl was the most popular and they said its the Thai Curry and I added chicken. The quality and vegetables were so fresh, the curry was good and I devoured my bowl! My friend for the rancheros bowl and she said it reminded her of a taco but the salsa was so good, we devoured out bowls so quickly and they made the so quickly and fresh. I got their citrus green tea and my friend got a probiotic soda which was also Yummy. Its nice to see a vegan and gluten free place to pick up food. Cant wait to try more on their menu!

Big Island Kine - Arcata

Starflower This place consistently has a line from 11:30AM-3PM so bring a sweater if it’s a chilly day because it is 100% worth the wait. My go-to (pictured) is a poke bowl with the sweet-heat tuna, mac salad and kimchee cucumber (my absolute favorite); and today the dude who runs it let me try a scoop of the sweet potato—a new sweet favorite. All over white rice with furikake seasoning. Owner + employees are consistently super nice and generous. Check out this local gem.

Cap10Bill Nortman Jake was connected with all the guests. Present, personable, and smoothly in control behind the bar. The Delahunt Overcast IPA poured a cloudy bronze with a lemony, lightly hopped kick. The Karl Strauss Tower X was my favorite. Golden, smooth, not too carbonated, with a crisp bitter finish that sparked something young and sharp. The crispy pork belly came in huge perfect chunks. Crackling outside, tender inside. Paired with broccolini, a poached egg, and my first take on polenta, every bite was sweet, savory, spicy. An adventure in flavors and textures. The space is beautiful and stylish. Lamps and lighting add their own charm. The hockey game is on, and if you know where to look, theres a private event room that just might transform into a speakeasy. Plenty of parking right out front free with validation, being your ticket.

Erin T Great food and beer, but the staff are exceptional! The vegan option with the mushrooms is excellent. Meat eaters and vegetarians alike will love this spot. Portions are huge! They also have wine if beer isnt your drink if choice. Will definitely be back!

Latitude Restaurant - Davis

Rating: 4.1 /5
Haiyan Chen At Latitude, you’re likely to find sushi, ramen, flavorful stir-fries, seafood, Asian snacks, and more. In contrast, the other three dining commons (Segundo, Tercero, and Cuarto) are more like traditional American college cafeterias, with menus featuring pizza, salads, grilled meats, pasta, and standard American breakfast/dinner options. Their selection of Asian or international dishes is noticeably less extensive than Latitude’s.
