James Li Amazing buttery, crispy, and delicious roti for both savory and sweet dishes! Highly recommend for vegetarians, and the lassis are extremely good too!

Siddhi Kiran Bajracharya I highly recommend this spot for their jhol momo. The momo are satisfyingly large, and theyre generous with the extra sauce (hot ones). The lamb skewers with rice dish was also impressive, featuring large pieces of lamb and a substantial amount of rice. The green chutney that comes with skewers is also very good.

Ryan Chua The area where this restaurant is located can be very busy, especially during Fri and weekends, so plan accordingly. There is a parking garage nearby which is very convenient. The night we went for dinner was quiet so we were able to get a table right away. Our server was very courteous and helpful since it was our first time there. They have a good selection of beer and cocktails. The four we ordered were great. Appetizers were very generous in portion: calamari and the French fries. Both came out fresh and crispy with loads of flavor. Our main entrees were surf and turf (6oz sirloin and grilled halibut) and NY strip steak. Again, both came out perfectly and were delicious. Overall a great place for drinks and meal with friends or date.

LUCIA BARRETO I’ve been going to this place like once a week since i moved to Eureka a year ago. I LOOOVE it. Their chicken katsu is amazing. Really good miso soup, and my favorite is their fried rice. omg. just amazing. Also their ramen is really well done and they offer vegan options. I dont like sushi but my boyfriend says that theirs is really good too. I just love this place so much

Joel Perry It had such a warm and inviting and cool atmosphere. The chef knocked it out of the park and I can’t say enough about how wonderful the weight staff performed. I highly recommend it.

Joshua Sanchez A Visalia Treasure! Not exactly my favorite kind of food but it is my wifes and she loves Rosas. Let me tell you, even though its not my favorite kind of food, they made a darn good Calzone! If you know what you like and order correctly, I recommend Rosas!
