Julianne Kapner We ordered the falafel as takeout, and it was absolutely phenomenal. The falafel itself was moist and flavorful, not too dry or salty, the pita was fresh and soft, and the other toppings (lettuce, tomato) were fresh and plentiful. It came with seasoned fries and ketchup, garlic sauce, and chili sauce. For only $15 this was a good deal. The garlic sauce warrants its own shout-out: it was absolutely fantastic. The place is very small for dine-in but very atmospheric and cute. Service was fast and professional. Highly recommend - some of the best falafel I think Ive ever had.

Casey LaConte The carnitas and refried beans are the best I’ve ever had! Guacamole was incredible. My husband loved his marlin tacos and the service was amazing. Server was very attentive and friendly. We’re in from out of town and will definitely come back before we head home. 10/10!

Vash Flores in San Mateo has an upscale feel with a spacious setup right in Hillsdale Mall. The vibe is energetic and lively. The tacos were excellent, and the chicken salad was a pleasant surprise with great flavor. The veggie quesadilla was also worth trying.
