Maggianos Little Italy - (Near Costa Mesa, CA)

Joshua Smith This was my first time visiting this location and they were very busy. Almost every table was full. Regardless of them being so busy the waittresses were extremely attentive and polite. I could see their staff constantly multi-tasking. I worked in food service for a long time and know how difficult it is to keep the place spotless during busy times and this place was kept very clean throughout. I could see the cooks in the kitchen constantly working and never losing their focus. The food came oit piping hot and fresh. It tasted great. It was also a large enough portion that I am going to turn this into at least three meals. Great job Sals. I will definitely revisit.

DMOSTI The owner is the greatest guy; approachable, gregarious, and inviting. Their food is top of the line! Great place to watch any game with plenty of TVs. Service is always on-point. We miss Woodys, but love how they opened up the space.

A L Worth the extra five minute drive off of the main strip. Super yummy! Great flavors and very sizable portions.

Asif Khan I loved the food. This was my first time trying Eritrean food which is not surprising since the county is only two years older than I am. The food is very similar to Ethiopian food which is to be expected but I definitely detected nuances in the flavor profile that were distinct. However, I dont think I could verifiably state those differences. I was expecting a more spartan atmosphere but the design inside the restaurant was modern. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was praiseworthy. The price isnt too bad for being steps away from Golden Gate Park.

Kari George I had never been in Emberz before but went last night for a date night. The staff were so cool and friendly! The atmosphere is more relaxed and enjoyable than I expected given that it has two bars inside. I went for the dining area and did not experience the bar sections. The food was outstanding! I got the tomahawk steak and although it was a little more pricey than I anticipated I dont feel as if my money went to waste and I dont regret buying the most expensive thing on the menu! It was the best meat I have ever ate in my life. My date also got the tomahawk steak as well and feels the same way that it was mouthwatering and the best meal weve ever had.

Gregory Schwartz New favorite breakfast, if only it wasnt hours from home. Amazing service, fun decor, and really interesting menu items like the Breakfast Bowl and Tamale Omelet! Gravy was standout, as were the ranch potatoes.
