4 /5 Luz Fernandez: I got the camarones a la plancha and let me tell youuuuuu...YUMMMMM!!! I visited for mothers day to celebrate with family & they all were wanting my shrimp. The taste was serious delicious! This was my first time coming to this place, before this I didnt even know it was here and Im from Madera. I did expect our bill to be high as any seafood place is expensive. Our bill for 4 came out to $100 & change. My husband got the carne asada plate to be safe, our 10 year old son got the kids menu burger with fries, our 9 year old daughter got the kids menu nuggets & fries. He nuggets were dino nuggets lol. She loved that they were dino nuggets so we were happy. Sadly the fountain drinks werent avail when we went. They did have Jarritos, aguas frescas (horchata & jamaica), lemonade, water & alcoholic drinks avail. They have a jukebox on a wall for music choice. They seated us on a table for 11 people. They give you chips & salsa when you 1st get there. The salsa was good. The waitress we had was okay, we kept having to call her over. They have 2 TVs playing, 1 had soccer playing & the 2nd was news.

5 /5 T2: Rolled into Madera around dinnertime for a job kick-off the following morning. Was craving sushi but, sushi restaurants in the area were all closed, except for a buffet type. Mariscos Las Islitas came up and photos looked like a great substitute for my current cravings. Real close to the hotel and took the recommendations given to me, based on my description, by Ms. Rosita for the Lava Seafood Bowl and an ice tea. It was fantastic. If you should find yourself in Madera, go enjoy the fresh seafood this establishment offers.

1 /5 Cristal E: My husband and I just left this restaurant and it was the absolute worst. To start off the chips were stale. I ordered a Diet Coke and a shrimp contrail. Well the waitress brings me a Diet Coke in a can and a cup of ice. When I asked for a refill (which the menu clearly states 1 free refill) she tells me that those don’t have refills. I was under the impression that they served fountain drinks (w/free refill) Our food came out and my shrimp cocktail had no flavor. It tasted as if it was very diluted, almost water flavored with shrimp. I added ketchup, salt and lemon…nothing could have made that taste good. Their prices aren’t cheap, the food is not seasoned, and the service wasn’t there either. The waitress never even came around to see how everything was going. It took them t about 20 minutes to serve a cocktail shrimp and 3 fish tacos. There was only one other couple there spray eating…. I definitely do NOT recommend and unfortunately will never eat there again.

5 /5 Aaron Kangiser: I love this place! Always excellent food and drinks!!! It takes a hot minute to get your food if they are busy but it is well worth the wait. Since covid hit, the seating arrangement is outside but I like it better because the people who sing there are way too loud when they are in the normal dining area. This is high quality seafood and the price comes in hefty, which is to be expected but it is well worth it just for the experience alone. Great place, try it out if you havent been here.
