1 /5 Jason Thompson: I redeemed points for a sausage/egg McMuffin. My order was cancelled, with no explanation why. Employees at restaurant had no explanation. They just looked at my phone verified that I was at the correct location, and that I had indeed placed the order. They said we dont know what the problem is, and proceeded to go back to work. I stood there for 5 minutes, no one ever offered an explanation, or attempted to solve the problem. They just acted like I wasnt even there, completely ignored me. After 5 minutes it became apparent that nobody cared, and they were not going to help me, so I left. It was very odd, they had no solution so they just ignored me. Thats the type of customer service we get nowadays. Nobody actually does the job they are paid to do. As long as they show up, they get paid, regardless of job performance. Sad that this is the norm now.
