5 /5 Kevin Bae: A foodies dream and a true hidden gem - so much so, that even locals we talked to didnt know about this place. The food is delicious and innovative with favorites being the brioche with mushrooms that were so soft and squab with apple jus. It was also overheard that the menu changed constantly, depending on what is in season.
Aside from the great food, seeing Michael and his partner work adds to the experience. What usually happens at the back of the restaurant is right in front of you with counter seating. Michael efficiently makes every dish without any wasted movement and his partner always seems to know when the dishes are ready to be served. It seems like a humble family-run business with the quality of a restaurant that you see on the top of lists.
If staying around Napa, this is definitely worth a drive out for. Although a little over a hundred per person, a similar experience around Napa Valley would be way more. Definitely coming back if we visit the area again.
