Seleena Bergman We had the best time at Centro Cali Brewery! Everything we ordered from the menu was delicious.. steak, pizza, pasta, salads, and cocktails. The service was so quick and accommodating. Plus the ambiance was extremely quiet and comfortable. It was the perfect night out with friends.

Carolina Moore Restaurant is inside the hotel. Food was excellent. I started with the Bruschetta, Then had the Ricotta Gnocchi, and finally the creme Brule. It was all excellent. Pricing ranges from $30-60+. With a glass of wine, my meal was about $90.

Victoria Harp I got a chance to eat at Cask Strength Bar and Kitchen before the grand opening and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT! My boyfriend and I got the truffle fries and the stuffed mushroom as appetizers. The fries were excellently seasoned and the mushroom was so delicious I would order it alone if I just wanted a light meal. My boyfriend got the Cajun noodles and I got the lamb. I am not a huge lamb person, but it was so tasty and delicious. The meat was soft and also seasoned exceptionally. The atmosphere was great and the exposed beam is beautiful. The serving staff was great and extremely friendly. I would definitely go there again for date night or meet up with friends there after work.

Jeannie Jarnot I adore Active Culture! Finally - a casual restaurant that makes REAL food. Everything here is made in-house, and you can taste it. My favorites are the kale salad, the BBQ Beet Burger and the Bay Bowl. The Beet Burger is so delicious - they make their own veggie burger which is delicious, and the bbq sauce is made with beets - and its incredible. Their yogurt and shakes are also amazing, my favorite is the date shake. We are so lucky to have Active Culture in Novato - a true gem. Everyone there is nice, and I love the outdoor seating.
