Jeffrey Bray While my wife Debbie and I were in Modesto, we heard about Persuasion. We stopped by and immediately met brew master Jonas. Jonas and his staff were amazing with their welcomes, courtesy and with their knowledge of their products. To put it quite simply, their brews are top notch! My favorite is the single IPA Lupe while Debbie’s is the Blonde. We are absolutely looking forward to our next visit to Persuasion!

Lorenzo Warfel BELIEVE THE 5-STAR REVIEWS! OMG... Toasted Gastrobrunch is definitely on my regular restaurant rotation now. Its highly recommended by Yelpers far and wide, as a brunch enthusiast I can verify this is a phenomenal place. I heard great things about the A-B-C Hash (Shoutout to our friend Audrey the Yelp CM who recommended this dish) so I had to try it! I ordered it with a side of rosemary sourdough and oof, it was an other-worldly experience. The avocado was perfect, I typically dont eat avo but this place changed my mind. Everything from the potatoes, meat, and eggs was fresh and premium quality. We tried a flight of mimosas (pear, lavender, etc.) and they had a good amount of alcohol. The flight glasses were mini-size, so we got some extra soft drinks just in case. Service was a little wonky, we didnt have too many check-ins from our waitress. Our drinks didnt get refilled regularly, that was a little troubling. We just got a lazy vibe from some of the staff. Thankfully, this didnt ruin the experience, but wed appreciate better service next time! I WILL give kudos to a gentleman from the staff who sent away a homeless dude who was about to start stuff. He tactfully handled the situation, and called security without causing a disruption for guests. The restaurant was trendy, but it never felt like it was trying too hard. It was a cool place, I enjoyed the outdoor patio ALOT! I definitely like the comfortable brunch atmosphere. Oh, and their kitchen is stunning, I love getting to see the chefs in action! Note: I checked on their Yelp page, they have a Yelp waitlist!! Be sure to secure your slot!

Miguel C Food I was very impressed with the chicken. Very light and tasty. Just the right amount for one person. The paella smelled great, but I would reccomend a different type of sausauge with more flavor, with some kick in it. Service The service was great. The bartender/server kept my water cup filled. I truly appreciate the attention to detail. Atmosphere Very nice atmosphere. Since most people were at the buffet, it made it a more intimate private experience with our group. Looking forward to trying out the buffet menu in the future.

Mary Renteria We got the combo and all of it was delicious. Love the beef kimbap, my man loved the beef spicy soup. The portions are pretty sizeable, had to take the tteoki-bokki home because we got full. For sure will return again and try their fried chicken.

Kelly Smith We had a delightful lunch at this quaint cafe in Susanville. My wife and I shared the Signature Burger and it was plenty for both of us. There’s a really nice atmosphere here with all sorts Ranch Brands painted on the wall above the bar and a nice mural above the restaurant area in back. Highly recommended.

Chad Stapleton Absolutely love the food and the team at Planing Mill. They have wonderful Pizza in several different types, regular, Detroit, cracker thin. Great salads, and part of the day they do awesome sandwiches. They also always have a great beer list with lots of Craft options both on tap and various cans and bottles.
