Tyler B Service here was excellent. We were greeted and seated almost immediately on walking through the door. All of our order was prepared and brought to the table promptly. The food was excellent. My coworker said the salmon, which was a special of the day, was perhaps the best salmon he had eaten. I ordered the spicy garlic chicken. The chicken was perfectly grilled, and remained juicy despite being breast meat. The spicy garlic cream sauce was excellent, and paired nicely with roasted vegetables.

Edgar Patino I had an incredible dinner at Mosaic and can confidently say this place deserves all five stars. From the moment we walked in, the service was outstanding, warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. The staff made us feel welcome and taken care of throughout the entire evening. The appetizers were a standout on their own. The Brussels sprouts were perfectly crispy and flavorful, the Red Curry Tomato Soup was so good that I ended up ordering it twice, and the shishito peppers were fresh, vibrant, and packed with just the right amount of heat. Every starter set the tone for an amazing meal. For the main courses, I ordered the Shrimp Pappardelle and the BGP pizza, and both dishes blew me away. The pasta was rich, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor, and the pizza was surprisingly fantastic. As a New Yorker, I have high standards for pizza, and this one absolutely held its own with great crust, balanced toppings, and bold flavors. We also tried a variety of cocktails, each one unique, beautifully presented, and delicious. It is clear the bar program puts real care into crafting creative and high quality drinks. The menu offered a wide range of options, and every plate that came out, from our table and around the room, looked amazing. You can tell this restaurant values quality ingredients and meticulous preparation. Overall, Mosaic delivered an exceptional experience from start to finish. Great food, great drinks, great people. I will absolutely be returning and recommending it to anyone looking for an elevated and memorable meal.

Cynthia F The food is delicious here! Ive recently discovered this place and personally tried the chocobowl, the protein wrap, and the chicken salad sandwich. All of them were really tasty! I think the chocobowl is worth the drive to Auburn from Sacramento. The staff is very friendly and helpful with suggestions or clarification on the ingredients in the different items. The service is a little slow, but they make everything to order and fresh, so its worth the wait. There is indoor seating as well as outdoor patio seating. This is now on my favorite places to go list, and theres no guilt because its all healthy and good for me!

Kenji Y. All that comes to mind is DELICIOUS!!! We got the papaya salad, chicken satay, chicken wings, pad thai with shrimp, yellow curry chicken, and bbq beef plate. Not one thing disappointed us. It was all full of flavor and like I said absolutely delicious. Food was fast and fresh and the service was great. Very friendly. I highly recommend this place to everyone and anyone. They will make it any level spicy or not spicy at all if you prefer.

Marcos Parada My mother and I went in on a whim a few weeks ago and were not disappointed. The empanadas are absolutely delicious! The pastry was soft and fluffy while the filling was delicious and well-served. We ordered the churrasco, asado de tira, and spinach lasagna. The sauce on the lasagna was creamy and tasty without being overpowering. As for the meats, all were cooked to perfection, well seasoned, and super juicy. One of the best cut of meats Ive had! The service can be a bit slow sometimes but considering this is a small-family run restaurant with only a handful of employees, its completely understandable. Our server, Rene, was friendly and attentive and checked in on us frequently. Overall, a great experience and delicious food! If you get the chance or are in the area make sure you check out this neat little restaurant and support a small, family-run business! My recommendations: beef empanadas, asado de tira with garlic potatoes, sangria
